Company profile

VOGT is a medium-sized family-owned company founded in 1981, based on long term experience with ceramic development, production and product management. VOGT employs today more than 50 persons. As a result, the company is more flexible and can fulfill both special orders in a small number of products as well as millions of units. The smallest, yet precisely manufactured ceramic VOGT component was a bearing bush of only 1 mm x 1 mm. The pressure measuring cells made of aluminium oxide, developed and produced by VOGT, are slightly bigger. The list of applications using VOGT ceramic components successfully is much more extensive and comprises isolators for braking resistors for CNC machines or wind power plants to sealing discs for gasoline pumps towards nozzles for powder spray equipment and tubes for ignition electrodes. The well-coordinated team of Gerald Vogt had so far always a good solution for every special requirement.
